Silverstone Or Donington

We have been expecting this for some time now, but it looks like Donington have not been able to raise the required cash to keep Bernie Ecclestone happy that the Grand Prix will be ready and to the standard required, it is understood £130m was the figure needed to be raised. Rather than Bernie stating that Silverstone will host the Grand Prix instead, something he has been saying for some time, he has stated that Formula One does not need a grand prix. This is utter nonsense, from a business point maybe in the sort turn, but from a long term commercial view and erspect fron its fans, he is just out of his mind.
Of course it could be that Bernie just wants to scare Silverstone into believing that the it is not just a guaranteed date now and there is still improvements that need to be made.
With F1 ar fever pitch in the UK due to back to back UK championship wins and both Jenson and Lewis in good form to do it again next year, not having a British Grand Prix would be disastorous for the UK and even for the sport even if certain individuals dont believe it at this time.

Local Driving Instructor Training

Filed under: training — flanok @ 11:23 am

One thing that is not apparent with the many driving instructor training TV adverts is that most costs can be done locally. We are not talking just about Red instructor training here, but one of the many other driving instructor schools up and down the UK.

One such company is called the Clearway Group based in Stockton On Tees in Cleveland. They opperate courses right throughout the Teesside area and especially for driving instructor training middlesbrough as it is the main city in the area. They have to opperate to the same standards if not higher to other training organisation in the country, not only for the sake of credibility but because the DSA insist on it.
The good news of using a local training facility is the saving on costs and the ability to train at your own seed and fit it in around existing commitments, something you may not be able to so on a crash driving course.

Choosing The Right Driving Instructor Course

Filed under: training — flanok @ 8:01 am

It is very easy to get consumed with TV advertising and assume that those who market themselves more, must be the best. The reality could be something totally different and a smaller family based training school could offer you more of what you need to get started in your career. Choosing a local  driving instructor course is also something worth considering as it is not just about the initial training but the support you get, to get your business moving afterwards that is important.

Don’t just look at the price of the course and the advertised dream that comes with it. Serious consideration should be aimed at, how much does it cost to lease my car afterwards? How big is the brand name I can use when I have qualified? How many other instructors using this brand name are in my area I will work in? And lastly do I like those who train me and can I have a long lasting working relationship with them.

Popular Driving Instructor Training

With many facing redundancy and a huge amount of television advertising being done by certain driving instructor schools, it is no wonder that many are choosing to be a driving instructor as a career. The adverts guarantee that you will be able to work your own hours and should earn over £30 grand with a fully piad for car.

In the real world it may be a it more difficult. First you can choose your own hours, but if you want to earn the big bucks, then you will need to work when your clients want lessons, not when you tell them you work. The car is likely to be leased, so yes you can have afuly serviced car, but you are still digging into your earnings stream.

Of course there are some areas who are in dire need of driving instructors, so many have completed training and made a good career out of it. There are a number of driving instructor training establishments around now, not just the main one that advertises on TV.

It is important to get training in how to teach what is right for passing the test and certainly it is not about teaching your students how to drive like you, bad habits and all. The ADI set the standards for this training.
